Session approved
the following
schedule of
events:
May 1
- One service at
10:00-11:00am to
celebrate the
“40 Days of
Purpose”
campaign.
May 8
- congregational
meeting at
10:30am to elect
new elders,
deacons and the
nominating
committee.
May 24
- delayed
session meeting
to accommodate
pastor’s
schedule.
2.
Session approved
the transfer of
$7,000 from the
operating budget
(non-budgeted
expense) to
cover the fans,
hoods and fire
suppression
system for the
new kitchen.
Money will be
replaced to the
operating budget
as building fund
pledges come in
3.
Session approved
the summer
worship schedule
to begin on June
19th to include
a breakfast
service at 8:30
in Heritage Hall
and a
traditional
service at
10:00am in the
sanctuary.
4.
Session approved
our General
Assembly
Statistical
Report for 2004.
5.
Session
consented to
continuing
kitchen work
with Angar
Construction
Company.
6.
Youth Mission
Trip this summer
will be June
26th - July 2nd
at the Campbell
Farm in Wapato,
Washington.
7.
Plans for the
Mission and
Ministry Fair on
April 24th were
shared.
8.
Fellowship
reported that
this year’s
Mariner’s game
will be on the
afternoon of
July 2nd.
